Amy is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and administration of international trust and life insurance structures. In this role, Amy is also heavily involved in the tax compliance associated with foreign structures and their investments. Amy coordinates with trust companies, foreign banks, insurance companies and other professionals in a multitude of non-U.S. jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience with the acquisition and post-issuance administration of private placement life insurance policies.
