Ms. Ugent retired as the firm’s Director of Tax and Accounting in April 2018, but she continues to share her extensive experience with complex domestic and international tax issues as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) where she currently serves as the chair of the AICPA Trust, Estate and Gift Tax Technical Resource Panel.
